The mandate was to create a donations strategy that increases the visibility of our offer and actual donations.

HIGHLIGHTS

Created an internal communications strategy for current donors

Increased retention by emailing new donors with questions and inviting them to the newsletter welcome journey.

Created a monthly newsletter template for updates

Added value for current fundraisers by offering impact certificates and social media promotion.

Created social media campaign, copy and ads to increase visibility of donation option as allyship

Collaborated with artist to make thank you postcards which increased donations and went on to be a foundational aspect of the TipTap campaign.

Toured our TipTap machine and postcards in local businesses to boost visibility and donations in new sectors.

Matched last years donation total half way through the year :)
